Every new Jeep comes with Roadside Assistance included for the entire duration of your vehicle's warranty.

We'll assist you with flat batteries, emergency fuel, flat tyres, lost or locked keys, towing and transportation costs, caravan and trailer assistance, accident coordination, emergency accommodation, car rental, alternative transportation coordination, vehicle relocation coordination, urgent message relay, cancellation or rebooking of travel arrangements, or medical advice.
Roadside Assistance membership is provided by Digicall Assist Pty Ltd ABN 92 152 605 340 trading as 'Digicall Assist'. Whenever you request roadside vehicle assistance under your membership, you will be making that request to Digicall Assist, who will provide the services on the terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions contain exclusions and limitations.

Service Activated Roadside Assistance when you service through Jeep
Every time you service your Jeep at an authorised Jeep dealership, you'll receive an additional 12 months roadside.
We value every single Jeep customer and as such, Service Activated Roadside Assistance is available to all Jeep owners - and we mean all.
Even if your Jeep has missed a few services or is more than 10 years old, you're still entitled to Service Activated Roadside Assistance. All you need to do is return to an authorised Jeep dealership and complete a scheduled service for your vehicle (according to your Service & Warranty Handbook), to enjoy the benefits of an additional 12-months Roadside. With Service Activated Roadside Assistance, the Roadside Assistance program you receive with a new vehicle is unchanged. Please check out our Terms & Conditions (below) for more details.
